The marriage of metal and plastic technologies has resulted in our ability to offer the very latest insert moulding and continuous reel to reel insert moulding capabilities. Reel to reel moulding is carried out on vertical clamping; vertical injection moulding machines and insert moulding with manual or fully automatic operations are performed on either shuttle table or rotary table equipment with horizontal injection.
Products manufactured using these techniques are as diverse as telephone socket connectors, automotive switch gear, keyless entry systems and lightning conductor grounding leads.
