Utilising state of the art 3D CAD packages such as Pro-Engineer and Solidworks, and 2D CAD packages such as AutoCAD and ParaCAD, Interplex PMP design all of the progression tools, mould tools and any other specialist equipment required to manufacture your components to your specification.

The CAD department is fully linked to our CAM department which uses MasterCAM and Concerto software to programme our CNC milling machines, wire EDM and plunge EDM machines.
Our tool room which is fully equipped with the latest CNC mills, Wire EDM and plunge EDM machines, provide a wide capability for the production and maintenance of high speed progression tools and multi-impression mould tools.
As you might expect from a company which is so dedicated to quality, we meet all the requirements of TS16949
