Smart Electrical offer you a bespoke maintenance & servicing solution these are often graded into three distinct categories. Select from our gold, silver and bronze maintenance packages depending on your specific requirements.

 

Gold maintenance package
  • 2 Maintenance visits per year (more if required)
  • Periodic testing (on one of the visits)
  • All emergency lighting systems should be serviced in accordance with BS5266-1:2001 every 6 months
  • Re lamping and cleaning of fittings
  • PAT testing on all portable appliances (on one of the visits)
  • Technical helpdesk telephone support
  • Full reporting of maintenance visits by email fax or letter
  • Special contract call out fee, saving 25%
  • Payment by direct debit

 

Silver maintenance package
  • 1 Maintenance visit per year
  • Periodic testing (on first visit)
  • PAT testing on all portable appliances
  • Re lamping and cleaning of fittings
