Terms and Conditions

We aim to supply only high quality products and we pack orders securely for delivery. However if your delivery arrives in a less than perfect condition, if you find any of the products disappointing or if you have any other complaint, please let us know within seven days of receipt and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Go to our contacts page, where you will find our address, email and telephone contact details should you wish to make a complaint.

Once orders have been dispatched we cannot be held responsible for events outside our control, such as delays in delivery due to transport links etc. However if you do have problem, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will look into the problem and do our best to resolve the situation.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order within seven days following the date of receipt of your goods. If you do wish to cancel your order you will be responsible for re-packing the goods securely and returning them to us within that period. Once we have received the returned goods in a satisfactory condition we will refund your payment.

Your return postage cannot be refunded. Goods which have been opened cannot be refunded. We would advise you to obtain a proof of postage and an adequate level of postal compensation in case of returns as we cannot refund missing or damaged returns. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.

Privacy and Security

We will not send you any unsolicited mail as a result of your order and we will not pass on your details to any third party. Your personal data will be protected and treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
