Multimedia CD ROMs
We use three methods for creating Multimedia CDs:
|
1. |
Macromedia
Director - This is the most expensive option,
due to longer project times, but can produce a quality
product on the right type of project. |
| 2. |
Website (HTML) on a CD
- This is an option we have been using much more frequently
recently.
This method also produces a quality product, but project
times are considerably shorter than the Director option.
This therefore reduces costs.
The other benefit about running a website from a CD
is that there are no graphic file size constraints.
Therefore graphics, animations etc. can be much larger,
and even higher quality, as there is no bandwidth
issue as there is on the web, so file size is of minimal
importance. |
3. |
PowerPoint
Presentation on CD - This is our third option,
Powerpoint is very good for corporate business presentations,
if the project requires text paragraphs to build-up/move
onto the page in any kind of sequence. Many of our
clients who have seen option 2 above, are now using
it in place of the Powerpoint option, due to the high
graphic quality, and speed of navigation. |
