Each Property Enquiry is provided on an entirely exclusive basis. This means that any specific property sale enquiry is sold on to one property investor only, then removed from our database system on completion of the lead sale.

We do not provide a warranty as to the accuracy of either the contact or property information that has been provided directly by the property seller while completing our Fast House Sale web form, or, to the level of motivation that a person/couple who is/are considering selling a property may have.

In most cases the property seller will not have been contacted by us if it available and listed on this page. The property owner may have contacted other property buying companies regarding the sale of their property. We are obviously unable to confirm a property seller's personal or financial circumstances, or their ability to legally sell a property, or if they have contacted other property buyers apart from us.

We are unable to confirm the accuracy of the house sellers valuation which they themselves will have provided. These should be checked and confirmed by the purchaser. Our advertising information states that the property seller should expect the purchaser to pay £500 pounds towards any legal expenses incurred.

We aim to send the property information within 24 house of an order being placed. In most cases the information is provided within one hour after payment has been received. No information presented in any correspondence and/or shown on our website will constitute or forms any part of a legally binding contract whatsoever.
